She loves to watch babies grow and develop through yoga and massage and sharing her parenting experiences through classes. Following on from this she has now completed pregnancy yoga training and looks forward to teaching new Mums and guiding them through their pregnancy through yoga, and drawing upon her own experiences to create a positive outlook and create a sense of community.
